Mt Washington Spring Festival
Booth Application
May 7-8, 2010
Booth spaces are approximately 12x12. We will set up at the First Baptist Church parking lot (320 N. Bardstown Rd/31-ex), in the middle of town. You must provide your tables, chairs, extension cords etc. There will be limited booths with electric available. You can bring your own generator if it fits in your booth space. Festival opens at 4:00pm Friday, May 7 and runs through Saturday May 8 till 9:00pm. Vendors will be allowed to setup on Friday, May 7 after 2:00pm. Please do not try to setup before this time. Those who will set up on Saturday morning will be allowed to set up between 6:30 – 9:00am. Anyone setting up after 9:00am will not be allowed to drive back to their booth. They will unload at the gate and pack it back to their booth. We ask that certain items not be sold such as silly string and knives. Vendors will be asked once top put such items away, second time vendor will be asked to vacate the Festival. NO FOUL OR LUDE MERCHANDISE ALLOWED, NO ACOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED. All Food Booths are contracted.
All booths must be paid in advance and is non refundable. Deadline for entries is May 1st. No R.V.s are allowed in booth area. All checks should be made payable to Mt Washington Spring Festival. All electric booths are together, so if you need two spots, but only one with electric, you will need to rent 2 booths with electric.
