Minutes of the Budget Meeting

May 23, 2003

City Hall Annex Building, 186 Branham Way

Mayor Frank Sullivan called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m. with the following Council members present: Sam Beichler, Joetta Calhoun, Lloyd Dooley, Sid Griffin, Ralph Lutes, and Larry Porter.

Also present were City Clerk Christi Franklin, City Treasurer Peggy Brinkman, Utility Superintendent Ronnie Fick, Police Chief Leo Oliver, Treatment Plant Superintendent Barry Gentry, Park and Recreation Co-Directors Terry Sollberger and Rick Clements, and City Attorney Rodney Burress.

The City of Mt. Washington annual budget for the 2003/2004 fiscal year was discussed.

There being no further business before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 4:00pm.
